Join our team to help create self-sustainability in the villages of Uganda through the Uganda Counseling and Support Services water, agricultural, spiritual and occupational vision.
Christ Church has partnered with Dr. Ronald Kaluya of Uganda Counseling and Support Services since 2015. We have had the privilege of witnessing this ministry bring an entire village closer to self-sustainability. The village now has hope thanks to this unique wholistic approach that empowers the people through drilling clean water wells, teaching new agriculture techniques, educating children, training leaders, providing medical and counseling care, creating economic development groups and covering it all with the love of God by building churches next to the water wells. WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO FIX THE WATER WELL DRILL WILL BE HEADING TO BULIKE SOON! God bless Christ Church for working so hard to Bring Water Back to Bulike!
Dr. Ronnie Kaluya of Uganda Counseling and Support Services (UCSS) had a wonderful visit this February! He welcomed us to our first Virtual Mission to Uganda and he had the privilege to preach in the Traditional service! He also made time to visit with The Seekers AND the Youth Sunday School Class this time. He was an invited guest to a Medical Mission Conference held by Lakewood Church and got to meet with the new Missions Director at the Harvest! He also met with Rev. Preston Morgan from Clear Lake Church. Dr. Ronnie was very moved by Rev. Dr. Temple’s study of The Chosen and got to top off his short visit with The Infinite Experience Virtual Reality Tour of the International Space Station. He commented that he wasn’t quite sure how he was going to explain “being in space” to his family.

Registration to join our 2023 Mission Team to Uganda will open in March 2023. If you have any questions, contact Bob Sime at email@example.com or 281.755.1936.
If you can’t join the mission team, there are still plenty of ways to send some love to the people of Uganda by visiting the Fair Trade Store across from the Choir Hall to purchase jewelry, coffee, purses and more. Help Dr. Ronnie of the Uganda Counseling and Support Services change lives one village at a time!
