ALL ages welcome! Great Family Project!
As the school year is winding down, we are again blessed that about 20 local Elementary Schools are collecting used school supplies on behalf of our 4th/5th Grade missions project. These supplies are picked up and sorted on Friday, May 24, and later taken to our sister churches and shelters in Mexico to benefit the children there and to help children in Fort Bend as well.
This is a HUGE undertaking, and we need help with any and all of the following:
- Supply Pick-up: Drive to an assigned school between 9-11am on Friday, May 24, pick up the donations, and bring them immediately to the church gym.
- Supply Sorting: Meet in the Family Life Center between 9am and 1pm on Friday, May 24, to sort the supplies as they are unloaded. Anytime you can give is a gift.
- Project Leader: We are in need of several Leaders who can oversee certain areas of this project on the day.
