Join us Tuesday, May 6, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the FLC Gym for a night of mindfulness. There will be an assortment of activities for you to try, including tai chi, classical stretching, tapping, and more.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring a small towel. Light refreshments will be served at the end.
If you can’t attend the entire event, feel free to come and go as you’re able.
