Welcome the Voices of Houston in worship at the 10:30 am traditional service on March 27. Voices of Houston is a choral ensemble whose mission is to build community through the performance and practice of the Negro Spiritual. As one of the largest and most significant forms of American folksong, the Negro Spiritual provides an oral history of African Americans through song. Founded in 2019, Voices of Houston has sought to collaborate with organizations to cultivate community, grant musical refuge, and serve as an educational resource.
